Senior Leader Coaching

Vision Radiology is on an ambitious growth trajectory, seemingly opening new clinics every few weeks. This requires new processes, significant recruitment, a focus on the future but also a continuing delivery of excellent patient care.
The team at Vision Radiology reached out to Tonka Learning for some initial support on designing and deploying an all staff employee engagement diagnostic before turning their attention to senior leader coaching.
In total we coached 16 leaders, mostly Partners across their various clinics and all adopting the same process. Following an introductory email, each leader engaged in a virtual discovery call with a Tonka Learning coach and the CEO of Vision Radiology to understand leadership challenges and agree on learning goals.
Tonka Learning then reviewed the transcript of each meeting and identified specific areas of focus for each coaching session, as well as suggested pre/post coaching reading and in some cases diagnostics to support the coachees development, such as Hogan, Cliftons Strengths and DiSC. Coachees received this email to check that it met their needs, and then the coaching commenced.
And it was a blast! Coachees were engaged, some a little hesitant at first but everyone was honest, authentic and vulnerable.
Following the coaching we then met with the CEO to share our overall findings and make some recommendations for the organisation.
