Experiential Learning

Experiential Learning enables leaders to build capabilities through practicing what they learn and applying it to real-world business challenges. It’s a place to share, collaborate, get feedback and close development gaps. These hands-on experiences put people out of their comfort zone, create deeper learning and ensure leaders can apply their knowledge and skills effectively.

Creative Learning

Creative Learning prioritises educators as facilitators, coaches and collaborators, using a diverse range of learning modalities. These can include collaborative digital learning platforms, mentoring, diagnostic tools, group projects, journalling, expert forums, case studies, peer learning groups, video skills practice and credentialing. This approach ensures leaders are active, involved and engaged.
