Tonka Learning designed, delivers and continues to refine the JANA People Leader Program, a comprehensive leadership development program tailored for all levels of leadership, including executive and emerging leaders.
The program design encompassed a strategic blend of theory and practical application, equipping leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.
JANA’s People Leader Program includes five modules, with each module spanning six months and comprising of an interactive workshop, group coaching sessions, supplemental resources, action learning projects and reflection exercises.
The five modules are:
People Leader Foundations: Emotional intelligence, building trust and rapport, personal productivity, and delegation.
People Leader Growth: Practical skills to maximise the potential of others through feedback and coaching.
Managing Teams: Understanding team dynamics and promoting diversity and inclusion within and across groups.
Managing Teams Through Change: Skills and best practice processes to support and lead others through change.
Courageous Conversations: Utilises actors within interactive role play scenarios to help participants build skills and confidence in facilitating crucial conversations.
