Personal Productivity Index Tool

After many years of working with leaders, observing leaders and listening to CEO’s talk about the strengths and development areas of leaders, Tonka Learning knew that the answer to improved productivity wasn’t in a book or an article or a Ted talk. Why? In simple terms, no two leaders are the same. Leaders have their own unique challenges, motivators and belief systems which cannot be addressed by a one-size-fits-all approach.

So, the team at Tonka Learning analysed and interviewed hundreds of leaders across various industries to identify the behaviours that impacted their productivity and the productivity of those around them. The result? We identified nine behaviours that negatively impacted productivity and created a self-assessment tool to measure these behaviours. These behaviours are measured on a 10-point scale, with 4 behavioural statements for each behaviour, so 36 questions in total.
