Melina brings over 20 years of experience in behavioural science and learning development to her work designing impactful, learner-centered experiences.

Drawing on her background in coaching, adult behaviour development, and M.Ed focusing on EdTech, she enjoys creating engaging content—from podcast-style case studies to gamified modules—that boost participation and retention.

Melina has worked across a wide range of authoring tools and learning management systems to deliver accessible, modern, responsive solutions.

Beyond her professional work, Melina is dedicated to community engagement and expanding access to learning, particularly for at-risk youth and underserved communities.
