In 2020 our CEO Michael Tonkin and consultant Professor Kendall Zoller spent 120-hours building a series of storytelling programs. They then delivered these over the next 12-months making small changes along the way.

Today this program has been delivered to leaders across 60+ countries, in-person and virtually, and continues to produce the very highest learner engagement scores.
