Our client relied on us heavily to build capability and culture. It was deeply rewarding work, but we knew we needed to ‘hand back the reins’, to empower them to strengthen their culture from the inside out.

And that is what we did! After some honest conversations with the client (and ourselves), we worked with the client to build the skills required to lead the way, culminating in employee engagement that now sits at the top 1% of their industry.

It was a good call and one that has since led to us working with this client on other strategic value-adding work.
