We engaged with a new client to co-create a whole of organisation Management Foundations pilot program, in just 10-weeks.

We created 3 design teams; (1) one-on-ones with executives talking about the business; (2) weekly group meetings with 13 stakeholders talking about learning design; (3) weekly group meetings with People & Culture talking project management.

These 10-weeks were exhilarating to be part of and laid the groundwork for a highly successful program.
