8-days a year the Tonka Learning team prioritises regeneration over revenue.

This takes the form of a 2-day quarterly offsite where the whole team comes together to stop, reflect, learn, connect and plan.

The agenda for each quarter is co-created by the team, a balance of ‘fun’, individual presentations and group decision-making.

These 8-days are fiercely protected, no matter what else might be happening at the time.
